In PFAS SUMMIT III we began the process of educating attendees on the process of identifying defendants for individual PFAS injury cases in which the Plaintiffs water was provided by a public water system that sources water from surface water such as however, 37.76% of the population receive water from a public water system that sources water from ground water (wells) and Approximately 15% of the us population receive water from private wells (ground water).
This means 52.76% of the U.S. population (potential PFAS injury clients) uses ground water as their primary source of household water.
In PFAS Summit IV we will begin the process of teaching attendees how to identify the proper defendants for individual PFAS injury cases and case clusters when the source of the Plaintiffs water was ground water (wells).
This knowledge will also be useful when marketing and identifying defendants for PFAS private well (CERCLA 107(a)), as well as transient and non-transient water provider cases remediation cases.
There are approximately 12,000,000 million potential PFAS private remediation claims CERCLA 107(a)), currently unrepresented and in need of legal counsel and many do not yet know the need exist and is of urgency.
CERCLA 107(a) cases are waiting to be signed in every State, these cases are among the least complex to pursue, high value and settle far more quickly than other PFAS cases and often more quickly than the average MVA case.
